Event Management

Our team proactively oversees the
monitoring of critical infrastructure through both exception and continuous processes.
We swiftly respond to alerts generated by 
the tools, ensuring prompt resolution or
effective coordination with the relevant
teams to address any issues that may arise.

Incident Management

Our team provides end-to-end support through monitoring incident ticket status, engaging with resolvers for seamless
updates, and ensuring prompt resolution with stakeholder communication.

Service Reporting

We conduct thorough reviews of resolved incident tickets to find infrastructure trends, assess resolution effectiveness, and implement preventive measures for future incident mitigation, contributing to ongoing improvement and operational efficiency.

Major Incident Management

Our team oversees and orchestrates the response to major incidents, collaborating
with cross-functional technical teams to ensure a cohesive and efficient resolution process.

Continious Improvement

We develop standard procedures and processes where needed. Over time we
find areas that are good targets for automation, modernization, and technology refresh.

Escalation and Coordination

We actively review progress and escalate for a quicker resolution.
We will coordinate with deployment services and configuration services when
needed.
